Select the 'Hiring Steps' tab from the Settings page.
Next, click the 'SmartRank Survey's tab on the Hiring Steps page. Click on the name of the survey you would like to update.
Here, you'll be able to review the questions that are already on your SmartRank Survey. If you still want to proceed with editing, click the 'Edit' button in the top, righthand corner of the page.
After clicking "Edit" the SmartRank Survey will open and you will be able to make your changes. You can delete questions by clicking the red X next the question you want removed.
To add questions to the survey, click "Add a question" at the bottom. You can then fill out your custom question, select true or false (the desired answer from your candidate).
A question can also be marked as a "Knock-out" question, which means that if the candidate does not give the "right" answer, they will immediately score a 0% on the survey. (A great example of a knock-out question is asking if the applicant has a required degree or certification. i.e. I have received my Bachelors Degree.)
You can also customize the order of your survey questions by clicking the button with the up and down arrow and dragging and dropping into the order you prefer.
If you want to change the name of your SmartRank Survey, you can do so by editing the field at the top of the screen.
Make sure to click 'Save' when you are finished!
