Can I mass email candidates?

Delivered due to popular demand, we added this feature in to make mass emailing and rejecting candidates much easier and much, much, much more efficient for all of your hiring managers.

In just a few quick steps, you are able to mass communicate to as many candidates as you need to in order to keep your hiring process moving forward.

Start by navigating to the Selection Manager for the job you would like to clean up.  (Click on the Jobs & Candidates tab in the Navigation bar from any page in your account > Find your job under the 'Open' tab > Click on the job title)

Next, click the check box next to each applicant/candidate you would like to send an email to.  Once you have your group of applicants/candidates selected that you wish to communicate with, click on the 'Email' button.




You'll be rerouted to our email page where you can either choose a template you already have ready to go from the drop down menu or type up a fresh email from scratch.

Click 'Send' to complete the task!
